Very difficult to get the training system and equipment for a small dog. I finally got it, piecemeal from several places, then received an extra collar, wrong size, by mail. I'm about to start the training now.

Items shown on TV commercial purchased did not arrive with product. Bait and switch sale?

After ordering my steam cleaner, I was contacted and told there was a problem with my order. I needed to reapply. So I did. A week or so later I received 2 units!! After some run around, I finally got instructions on returning one of the units. I still don't know if I've received a refund. I will not be ordering from this again.

Our visit was good. The young man helping us was very knowledgeable and friendly. He resolved our issues effectively and explained everything to us as he went along .

I purchased this mop from you but I just now opened the box. I put the mop together but i am confused about all of the extra parts. What goes with what? Now when I need the pads can I order them from your company? Maybe you can email me a list of attachments snd the clothes that go with them? I am sure that you can’t get them at another store?
