I love the total flex Cell, but the problem is is for the leg extensions. There’s no directions on how to install it. It would really help if somebody could send some kind of directions a little disappointed with that.

I love this steam mop. It is my 3rd purchase. Unfortunately the others stopped working. However I did have them for several years.

I love my h20 steam mop. It gets a 5 rating. However I ordered 2 sets of the mop pads and only received one. There is no phone number to call or no other way to get in touch with thane that I can find so I’m just out 20$. The pissedcinsumer. com website is a joke. I sick of getting emails from them and they won’t help with what I needed.

I never received my order. . .

I ordered on a Friday night so I didn't get mine until Tuesday . It was very heavy to get it in the house. Once I got it put together and found a place to put it I was able to try it out. So far I'm doing well on using it 3 Days a week . Monday, Wednesday,and Friday . I'm going slow related to my age , I'm 77 in fairly good shape. Hopefully this will help me get in better shape, looking forward to using it 5 days a week.

I love, love the steam mop. I’ve always dreaded mopping the floor. I have a cordless mop, but it didn’t leave my floor as smoothly as the steam mop did. Thanks for a great product.

I could have recorded it as "! star (lowest)" which I classify as very poor because initial order was not correct - order was for the X5mop, etc. and within the package was a BIKE NOOK, which had nothing to do with what I ordered and paid for up front as well as I was missing part of my order. Because there is no phone number available, it delayed the delivery of what I ordered and paid for and to get it corrected was very frustrating!!!! Also, email came wanting to know my opinion even prior to receiving anything!!!!! Unhappy customer for sure! I now have something that I didn't order, have no use for it and has no value to me!!!! I wanted it to be returned BUT NOT MY COST" but was told to just keep it!!!! It did get resolved eventually but have had only one opportunity to try the product.
