These went in my 77 LP Standard with the full Page wiring. Super responsive dynamics and sounds great from finger picking to full crunch mode. My third set of sheptones.

These are the finest sounding P-90’s that I have ever played through. Rich, articulate and full of life for whatever music that you want to play. These are not junior pickups to humbuckers, these are full on, no apology pickups. I have played through 2 other sets of P-90’s, one Gibson and one Mojotone on this Les Paul Jr. The Mojotone was an upgrade to the Gibson’s, but this Sheptone set is off the charts! It compares to the very best P-90’s I have ever heard. And somehow, there is very little single coil buzz at all, I’m not share what version of magic dust makes that happen but it goes along with the amazing sound of this pickup. Don’t even think twice, this is the finest of P-90’s you will ever play through.

These humbuckers are smooth, articulate and warm! As advertised, they are for a fantastic upgrade to an Alnico II humbucker with an amazing articulation to every note, not a trace of mud. Not quite as high output as the alnico 5, but beautiful. Another masterpiece..

Okay, so I'm biased because I was a part of this CD and the artwork is Pop Art legend. Honestly, once I put these strings on, stretch them and lock them down I'm good to go...NO MOVEMENT! Yes, I change my own strings! Check them our any other Sheptone strings out! Peace, Joey Allen - Warrant

This pickup embodies the tonality of a PAF that is pushed hard. It is exactly what I needed to push my SG where I wanted it.

I installed a set of Good Enough for Leo pickups in my favorite Strat last week. The pickups are awesome. Superb vintage tone, and loads of quack in positions 2 and 4. Also, the string balance is spot on (I am using the 9.5" radius stagger). The delivery time was also great, about a week. I highly recommend these pickups to anybody who wants a clear, articulate, and open classic Strat tone. Thanks Sheptone!!!

These strings absolutely sing! I just strung up my Gibson Byrdland with them and now the guitar sounds like it should! Beautiful and clear with super well-balanced bass, mids and treble!

This is my second Tribute. The first one I bought about 10 years ago. As happy with this new one as I was with my first one. The Tributes have good clarity and the low notes stay nice and tight. Exactly what I need for my Marshall 2204 amps. Love the crunch tone I get using these. Thanks!

Full disclosure; I bought this set used but felt safe doing that because I use three different Sheptones in my guitars and knew they would be a safe bet. They replaced a set of Seth Lovers in my Heritage H535. Those are great pickups and are awesome in a semi hollow, but I wanted something a bit different. The short story is the 6T8s are a good deal more dynamic and clear, with a lot of sensitivity. The bass notes aren’t muddy and they add a bit of bite to the semi hollow I haven’t had before. As good as the Seths are, these are an upgrade imo, and are a very versatile and sweet set. They look fantastic too.

Installed my new A2 Tele pickups and played them on gigs last weekend. Loved everything about them! Got me thinking about replacing the pups on my Strat! Keep up the good work!

I have a Les Paul that I love but that was overly bright and a bit thin sounding at the bridge. I spoke with Josh about it and he proposed a solution for me, which is a slightly customized version of the Red Headed Stepchild pickup. All I can say is wow. This is now my best sounding guitar of the 7 I own. Its clear, warm, chimey, vintage-sounding, powerful (but not too much so). It's really amazing. Thank you, Josh!!!!!

Incredible. I've been using the DM Blue Steel strings since 2007 and loved them so this was a tough sell for me. These guys stay crisp and I have yet to break a string. I am very happy to report I am a convert. I love these
