Overall great, would be great to receive order confirmations via email from Scout. I had some issues with the “back button” I would get some errors on the the website. Also I think it would nice to be able to “heart,” “favorite,” or save items for later on your website.

Not happy with your online service to place order, had a ton of problems with your website which kept me from getting an item I wanted that was on sale (Original Deano for $17.60) on 12/25/21. Now it's not available! Called & talked to a customer service person (Katrina) & she will be checking with someone above her to see if they will let me get an Original Deano that you have in stock at the sale price since there were problems with your website all day on 12/25/21. My daughter had the same problems also so we couldn't order & wasn't able to get help from someone in customer service so had to leave a message. When I finally talked to someone about it they said it was sold out. Buy from you often for myself & my 3 daughters & a loyal customer. Please get back with me & let me know if you will work with me on this. Thanks!

Amazing bag

I have many different sizes, textiles, prints and I love all of them. I have some OG bags from long ago! I keep some in the car, switch out different wristlets, give them as gifts and use them for storage. My new work bag for 2022 is the quilted Sutton Place. Looking forward to new bags for Spring!

I received a cooler and a tote and absolutely love them.

Last year I loved the Scout Christmas collection. However, this year the quality was definitely not the same as years past. I hope it was just a pandemic production fluke. I'll be back to try again...

I have two of the 4 Boys Bags and they are not only strong but the Burberry pattern is classic. Love these bags. Easy to carry and strong well-made material.
