Someone an old address was where Scout shipped my order even though I updated and have had new orders delivered to my new address. 3 emails to Scoit regarding this issue and no reply!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars on Scout products...and you can't even acknowledge my email? Very disappointed

I ordered a couple of Scout Bags for my family around the holidays and the website experience could not have been better! It was quick, easy to navigate and the shipping was speedy! I will definitely be ordering again!

I have several Scout products and happy with them all. I love my market bags as they hold a lot. I always get compliments when the bagger is packing my groceries of how sturdy and roomie the bags are. My storage bins are also great for holding sweaters, wrapping paper and decorations.

I am still waiting on my credit as the return package was sent back via UPS early last week. Only reason I had a return was the website was having problems and my order was made in triplicate. Looking forward to the posted credit on my American Express.
