Terrible customer service. Can not log into my account and have not received any information on my order. Can not get anyone to answer or email me back.

I am in Florida and bags for boating and beach are a large part of my wardrobe. I ordered a Scout bag and it did not work for my needs. This company’s return policy is awesome. Kudos to a company that takes care of its consumers and stands behind satisfaction.

The lunch cooler was purchased as a Christmas gift. The cooling bag was attractive but the zipper will not remain closed therefore defeating the purpose of the bag. For the price of the product I was extremely disappointed.

I bought an Uptown Girl bag for my mom for Christmas, the handle has already ripped.

I love my fun Scout bag that lets me go out in style!!

Some of the items I ordered for Christmas were out of stock. Instead of contacting me to replace them, Scout canceled them completely. I needed them for Christmas gifts, so I contacted Scout to see if I could re-order in stock items. They advised I would have to place a new order which means I would pay shipping again. I asked them if they would be willing to refund my shipping for the second order since they were replacements for out of stock items. I eventually convinced them, but they only partially refunded my shipping. It was just a lot of back and forth and a lot of headaches for what was supposed to be some simple Christmas gifts. It didn’t help that the customer service agent was not at all pleasant. I will look for a company with better customer service and easier exchange policies for purchasing future gifts.

I have usually purchased my Scout Bags via ZULILY but Scout had an awesome Discount. I bought bags for Friends and Family, the boxes for myself and Grandchildren. The purchase process and arrival were super fast and without error. Cant wait for another Discount event:)
