I had bought this lunch box for a secret Santa at work a couple weeks before I needed it. It had not arrived 4 days prior to needing it and I emailed my dilemma and got a response from Margaret, promising me she would have it shipped snd I received 2 days later in time!

I didn't get everything I ordered. This was not the first time. In this day and age you computer should be able to keep better track of inventory. I had to go elsewhere at the last minute to find something.

I’ve been purchasing Scout products for years and I have never been disappointed in the quality of any of them. My daughters still have/use the storage bins I bought them when they went away to college!

I could not live without my Scout bags. They can carry anything while looking stylish. Folding flat for easy storage is the best.

A glitch in the system caused a duplicate order that j was unaware of until i saw the charge on my card. I ordered items that ended up not being in stock after being billed for them. They were credited but the whole process was disappointing. I would like to add that Mary Beth in Customer Service was very helpful and helped me resolve the issue.

I bought my young granddaughters the Sally Go Lightly crossbody purses, ages 10, 7, and 4. They were the perfect size and durable material, and adorable patterns. The straps are adjustable, they loved all the zipper pockets.

LOVE LOVE scout bags. Own different size cooler bags, travel bags, and toiletry bags. Cyber Monday glitch on website - I was charged twice and received two orders. First order was not going through, so rebooted and clicked again. That order went through instantly with a confirmation number popping up. Next day got confirmation by email of two orders.

Scout was well represented at our family Christmas this year and there were lots of excitement. The coolers were a hit and the bags were met with oohs and awwws! Everyone commented on the durability and cute patterns! I highly recommend all scout products!!!
