I ordered a Garmin Tacx trainer. When the package arrived I opened the door and. . . it was a Garmin Fenix 8 watch. Garmin had mixed up the order at their warehouse, but I was able to speak with Sam in customer service on Wednesday evening and everything was taken care of and my correct order was delivered just a few days later. The calm and diligent effort by Sam was much appreciated and though it was a bummer to have to wait a few more days, having it resolved so professionally and expediently made me feel very positive about the whole situation.
