I purchased this to help with my jumpers knee and after the first few days of use during volleyball practice, I had noticed the pain when I jump diminished significantly. The brace itself is comfortable and almost works too well. I started to experience soreness when I had it off, and it took a while and some research to realize that you have to exercise without it regularly to keep your body from becoming reliant on it. Besides that, the compression is stellar and the fabric feels good, I have sensitive skin and even when I sweat it doesn’t get irritated.
