The chair has met our expectations. It is a high quality product with many adjustment options, and the ease of use is great. The ordering process was seamless. I would have preferred more communication about the shipping status, especially since the delivery was not through a standard carrier. I did receive a text message the evening before the delivery with the scheduled time frame, which was helpful. The two gentlemen who delivered my chair were excellent. They were professional, personable, and even assembled the chair for me, which was a pleasant surprise since one of the emails I received mentioned that I would need to call customer service to arrange that separately. I based my rating on the overall experience, understanding that there is always room for improvement (as with anything in our world and selves). The company offered great value, I support their mission, and I prefer giving smaller companies an opportunity instead of large chain retailers.
