I have undergone a lengthy process for the warranty be sure to take photos of the tag if you purchase from this company!!I was wanting to redeem on the warranty since the product was faulty and they make you go through a long process. I purchased through mattress firm with a guarantee of this product. Poor Customer service skills with Nancy who was very impolite on the phone. Discourage this product recommend a more affordable brand from Target!

I purchased a mattress And a mattress cover couple years ago at mattress firm . and they told me this cover have life time warranty ‘and I used the mattress after But I recently found here are 4 stains on my mattress until my son accidentally pee on his bed ‘ so I contacted the company right away when I noticed here are 4 stains , And to be honest I didn’t realize when the other 3 stains from ‘ My kids started live on this bed three months ago ‘ but before they live on this bed ‘ I ever wash the cover’ And didn’t see any stains yet’ So I asked about the life warranty! Of course it’s not working! Because I didn’t let them know when here has the first stain in 7 days! I don’t even know when they are there until my son told me he accidentally pee on it ! that’s the first time I see the stains ! And I am sorry? I didn’t check my mattress every day that’s why I didn’t know when is the first stain from ? Wow ! That “life time warranty “ !

Pure care recovery celliant sheets are my very favorite. I now have about eight sets of them. I have loved these sheets from the very first time I tried them and I have not found any others I like as well. Occasionally someone will give me other sheets, but I don’t care for them. I don’t like a super soft, silky feeling sheet, rather I like sort of a hotel collection crisper feel. Although the sheets are not inexpensive, they last a long time and are well worth the cost. I have also been able to occasionally take advantage of a discount or promotion that Pure care extends, and it allows me to get sheets whenever I want them.

Shipping was faster than estimated which was amazing!

The package, the shipping and the service was an absolute 5 stars!! They’re ere so good with me…. The products are amazing with except of one (my duvet was a bit defective and it was to much of a hassle to return and repurchase so I just kept it) other than that I love my sheets and duvet cover and pillow cases and pillows!

Fast delivery and great service

I couldn’t believe how soft this mattress protector was upon opening it. The packaging was even remarkable. I was amazed at how fast it dried after I washed it, unlike others I’ve used where it takes about 3 time to dry. The protector was very soft and I was happy at how much it covered the mattress underneath and how tight it held onto the mattress. I can’t even tell that I have a waterproof protector on because I didn’t sweat like I have with others I’ve purchased & it didn’t sound like I had plastic on my mattress when I moved. I am definitely going to be a returning customer!!
