Richie Menezes was fabulous in helping us arrange our on hold recording. I had delayed for ages addressing the issue after acquiring our lovely new Nexgen system and when I managed to organise it, Richie was very quick to send me the link again. The process was simple and the end result fabulously professional. Congratulations.

Nik to the rescue!!
We've been experiencing some difficulties with our internet due to an exterior interruption. Nik from Nexgen was on the scene and had us up and running in no time. He knew exactly what the problem was and got it sorted out with little fuss. His knowledge and extremely courteous manner is very rare these days. Keep up the good work Nik!!!

We've been experiencing some difficulties with our internet due to an exterior interruption. Nik from Nexgen was on the scene and had us up and running in no time. Appreciate the quick respond, we needed the phones and internet to work for our business which suddenly disconnected, and Alexis thoroughly guide to find the problem. Even thought, turned out It just that somehow the cord was unplugged from the power point, yet she still checked and double checked to make sure everything is working well. Keep the good job Alex!! ;)

Raymond Wong was tasked with setting up our softphones for working remotely. Raymond worked tirelessly with our IT provider and remained very proactive through the whole process to get the issue resolved. He kept us informed every step of the way, and pushed our IT guys along to get this sorted out for us. Thank you Raymond, great work, wish all our providers were this diligent.

Nexgen have provided amazing service from the initial phone call with Annie, right through to the installation & backed up further with the training completed by Tania. At no stage have we been left out of any of the decisions in creating our custom telecommunications setup for the business. Highly recommend giving Nexgen an opportunity to see if they can help you save against the larger Telecommunications Companies. Thank You

we have experienced our first internet failure since moving to Nexgen, Alexis Dominguez was the customer service rep looking after the problem. she has tried her best to carry out all the testing to find out what was the cause of the problems. I was updated with the progress regularly by Alexis which is pretty impressive. She advised that she will need to organise a tech to come on site to fix the problem. She said all the tech were busy which it might not be able to be done on the same day, but she will try her best to organise someone if anyone available. Nik Merkas the technician came in at 5pm and fixed the problem for us. Alexis was still following up at 5:30pm just to make sure everything is good after Nik fixed the problem. Thank you Alexis and Nik for your great service
