I suddenly lost wifi and Alexis was very understanding of my difficult situation of having to be at the place constantly to provide her the wifi status. She provided alternative solutions such as being able to reschedule and regularly check up with me to see my availability so that we can fix the wifi issue together. She also left text messages to let me know about the progress of the problem when I was too busy to pick up my phone calls. Overall, Alexis was understanding and flexible in resolving my internet issues.

We went with Nexgen after talking with the sales representative Manny who discussed our needs and set the paperwork in motion. Brian V kept us up to date with the installation information and with in a couple of weeks we have our new phone system installed. Benny ( technician ) was excellent to deal with during the installation. There was no down time on the phones we had lots of questions and he had all the correct answers. Thank you to everyone involved with our installation. Fabulous work.

NBN tech was booked and came out the next morning to fix the problem (water in the main box). This was followed up again by Alexis to make sue the issue was resolved.

Once power was restored, we still didn't have landlines or internet. I rang nexgen and was put through to Alexis who followed up daily with either call or text to let us know what was happening. 5 star service - thank you.

We were having intermittent connectivity issues (which took a lot longer to sort out than our business hoped for) and is still ongoing with Billing. However, in saying that, the support from Alexis and the Nexgen team has been A+. They were constantly on the phone updating us throughout the 4-5 weeks, we had numerous Nexgen and NBN technicians visit until the issues were resolved. Their support cannot be faulted.

Seevice technician Taylo was amazing
We had to do a call out and despite the (to me) high call out fees charged, Taylor’s was a most supportive and professional and efficient technician. Excellent call out experience just bad experience with lock in contract where an old business partner has signed up before covid and during covid out business suffered a lot and no one worked at the office for two years and they would not let us reduce our contract term despite us almost going belly up. They wanted us to pay $6k to exit. So be careful with lock in contracts because they don’t make any exceptions for businesses struggling financially from covid.
