She continually kept us up to date with information and she contacted Telstra numerous times over three maybe four weeks. Great phone service and products, and well-trained staff. From my experience that Nexgen has a range of good deals and products that can help business success. Customer service agents are friendly and always trying to solve the issue immediately when you need them. I want to thanks Kaumil Shah helped me organised the contract with Nexgen and provide me with a great deal that saves me $1000 per month. He is very intelligent on a business network and provides you with the best solution to simplify and improve your business network! and Brian Villanueva- friendly and great customer service! He made sure everything is on track and schedule who updated me on the procedure every week with me. even the job was completed he will follow up with me and make sure everything is working for my business network.
