I ordered the Meco Sefte 10 on Friday 18th July. I live in Dublin CC. To my surprise my order arrived on Saturday morning 19th July. I got a dehumidifier and it is UNREAL. have it nearly a year now and no complaint. So quiet and has cleared the constant condensation on my windows. Great for drying clothes too. Just ordered a sefte fan and hope its just as great!

Excellent staff - minor shipping confusion at point of sale was immediately solved. Prompt and informed shipping - courier service was well informed and sufficent warnings placed over device to ensure hydrolic health of device. Excellent post care - registering extended warentee was very easy, as well as being able to attach proof of purchase with registration. Access to video tutorials and website tips were welcome. Minor drawbacks are inability to directly manage fan speed, I would have weighted the smaller (2 speed) model slightly more in choice if I had known it was all entirely automated. Minor issue with a bizarre choice of Bluetooth 'functionality' in the app, that actually requires full Wi-Fi access. I would prefer the option not having been present and immediately abandoning the app instead of wasting 20mins troubleshooting. The extent of detailed permissions requests from the app were also concerning, as I am no longer using it that is a moot point, but may dissuade other users who would benifit from remote controls.
