We just received our mantel! It was easy to install. I love it. It was on back order,but worth the wait.

I searched everywhere for a narrow, low profile mantel that was not "rustic" or "rough hewn. " We have a very modern home, fairly stark with vaulted ceilings, tall windows white, pale grey and all black fixtures. The flooring is a fairly rustic very light engineered hardwood so we needed a mantel that would match the floors. This one looked great on line and to my great satisfaction, looked exactly as it was pictured. It was a breeze to set up and looks perfect. On another note, customer service was outstanding. Fedex "lost" the first shipment but wouldn't mark it as lost until I was about to pull my hair out and just before Thanksgiving. Jennifer McKinney came to the rescue and shipped another one out and I got it two days before Thanksgiving and could get my house back together for holiday company. Everyone at the company was exceptional and very responsive. I only wish I have lots more rooms that needed a fireplace and/or mantel!

Replaced box mantle with beautiful white mantle to match our crown molding.

We are enjoying our new mantel. It was easy to install and looks great! I would recommend adding a matching plug or button to cover up the screw holes on the bottom.
