I like it very much, went together fairly easy, and looks great. The only issue that I have is that I got one that was unfinished, so that I could stain it myself. There is what appears to be dried glue on some of the pieces that were already put together. Since glue doesn’t stain you can see it. Is it enough to return it over?…No it’s a minor issue to me, but would have been nice not to be able to see it.

My mantle was here the day after ordering. It was well packaged and I was very pleased with the price and the size options. I am a 56 yo female. I ordered 2” masonry screws online and installed it by myself in less than 30 min. All that is left is to paint or stain it.

Shipping was fast and the mantle is impeccable. Packing was extremely well done and arrived without any damage. I cant recommend these products enough. Truly stunning in person.

My order came on time and the product fit exactly. The only area of improvement I could see was in communicating timely on order status and shipping information. I had to contact them to get this information instead of the contacting me when my order was complete and shipped.

The phone staff was very helpful at suggestions and sent stain samples. They were patient while we waited to finish the file work. Worth the wait because we are very pleased with the outcome.
