This was my first time ordering from this Lighting New York, and so far, I’m really impressed! I easily found exactly what I was looking for, and the website was simple to navigate. I used the chat feature and spoke with Carol—on a Sunday at 8 p. m. , no less—which was fantastic. I didn’t have to wait for answers; she was quick, friendly, and super helpful. Checkout was easy, and the next day I received a shipping confirmation—wow, that was fast! I haven’t received my lights yet, but based on this experience so far, I’m feeling very confident in my purchase. If the rest of my experience matches the level of service I’ve received so far, I have no doubt it will continue to be exceptional.

I've already contact Customer Service advising that my lampshade was damaged, and that I'm awaiting instructions to return it and get a replacement. The packaging was just a non-rigid box with no protective covering of the shade other than a thin film of plastic around the shade. The box was crushed on one corner, and the lampshade had a dent in the side.

Website page loading was SO slow over the past few days, and when I added a discount code that was emailed to me via your email list the price of the item INCREASED by $40 from the website price listed. I ended up going to Lights Plus website to look up items and then check if your price was lower. They actually had a bit better selection this time too. It would be nice to have a "compare items" setting that listed size, bulb numbers etc. for faster reference -- when I put items in my cart and then had to delete each one individually to purchase the 1 item chose it took forever. I have been a fan of Lighting New York for many years and have told various local contractor and decorators about it since selection was wonderful and prices were always so good with the discounts. But this time it was frustrating -- to the point it may no longer be my first, go to check. Especially since your AI couldn't answer my question and when I requested an email response I did not get one. Luckily I was able to find the instruction sheets for the item to answer my own question. If that had not happened this would have been a lost sale. In the past 4 years customer service was GREAT. I'm sad that this has changed.

I'm familiar with Kichler products from having seen some in Home Depot so finding exactly what I was looking for on the website was easy. I will add that my new PC is loaded with AI which means too many side distractions that I don't need.

I appreciate all of the specs and info that you give on your products. Also, how easy it is to chat with someone if there are questions. I would like to see some reviews from customers and real feedback of what your products look like in person. Customer service is super helpful and friendly.

The marine grade Quoizel wall lights are exceptional. Very good quality polycarbonate and just what we need in SW Florida. Having fixtures that are waterproof and resistant to the UV rays is great. Your company is thorough and knowledgeable. The packaging was designed to protect the lights and it definitely did keep them safe!

Amazing customer service and support. Got a question answered immediately. Made an error after ordering and it was corrected within minutes by them.

Five Star experience from start to finish. Selection was huge - had exactly what we wanted. Pricing was very fair, and an added bonus is they don’t charge a “150$ shipping fee”. Lamp arrived literally 2 days later, very easy to assemble and built to last years. All told - a very good shopping experience.

First time ordering, and quite disappointed. Ordered 2 pendant lights - one fixture box came missing a piece and the other light didn’t even come with the fixture box! A frustrating experience as we had someone scheduled to install the lights for us (among other things) and now we’ll have to bring them back once we actually have the parts at an additional cost. We understand mistakes happen, but the quality control is concerning as both lights were affected in 1 order. Will not order from here again.

I have 2 ceiling fans that I already converted from a bowl style light to these nice 4-light seeded glass shades. I had purchased the other ones elsewhere but they no longer carried them. We absolutely LOVE this chandelier! I've been looking for just the right one for over 2 years and FINALLY found this one! I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday! We couldn't be happier with this fixture.

Almost didn’t make the purchase. Free shipping was included on the light we chose and then $10. 00 was added to the price. Going back we saw a caveat that it was for a $49 minimum. Deceptive as free shipping was bragged about in the link of the fixture we bought.
