From start to post finish, it has been a good experience. I love the lamp I ordered, and it arrived quickly and very well packed. In a separate box was the shade, unfortunately the incorrect shade-but when I called customer service, the agent was extremely helpful. I sent pictures of the incorrect shade showing the measurements, and my case is now in what I hope will be a very short process to send the correct replacement. I am very pleased with Lighting New York.

It was easy to find fixtures - the website gives plenty of parameters to search- but the exact one I had specified was out of stock. I was directed to other similar items, which was great, but the original selection was still the best. I set an alert and a few days later I was notified it was back in stock. What a great service! Shipping was quick and the item was received within a week.

This Manta Light is a STUNNER! The assembly instructions are pretty vague but we figured it out. There is a random violet and pink wire coming from the LED driver that seemingly have no purpose or explanation but other than that I’m thrilled with my purchase and get so many compliments. Size up for a larger impact. Highly recommend this jewel in your home.

I was so happy to find the sconces I'd been looking for on your website. They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time and are waiting for my contractor to install. I am certain they will be a beautiful addition to complete my bathroom renovation project.
