I canceled my order because the sconces were not in stock and would not be available for weeks. No notice on the website, no notice when the order was made. No notice until I called to inquire about shipping. Totally unacceptable.

The customer service is outstanding; I had a question about stainless steel screws. After the representative checked with the factory, I received a prompt response. We live on an island in SW FL and decided to upgrade our faded, rusty fixtures. After researching and learning about marine/coastal grade outdoor fixtures, I comparison shopped for a couple of weeks. Lighting NY had the BEST sales and promo codes. Shipping was in two days; the lights were packaged with care. Great company!!!

Our chandelier is beautiful. A little challenging to install with 12' ceilings and just my husband to install. But he did just fine.

Defective finish on pewter picture light
RE: Order # 4815036 Product # T14-31-CA The pewter picture light shade has thin rust colored vertical lines across the shade surface. This is the ninth House of Troy picture light purchased through Lighting New York, so I know this is not normal; it is not acceptable. It does not match the previous pewter lights purchased. I am not confident about future purchases.

Easy to find the part I was looking for … a remote for a ceiling fan. I’m always happy about no extra shipping charge. The remote arrived quickly and nicely packaged. It was easy to set up and it works great. There was a “chat” option while I was on-line. I didn’t use it but I’m sure it would have been helpful if I needed help. Thank you.

We ordered these same sconce lights from another company. It took them 3 weeks to ship. This company was much better. We had the lights in a Few days. Product was as it was suppose to be.
