Terrible! At this point I am so disappointed, I don’t know if I will ever get my delivery. I went back and forth with someone about solving this issue , they basically ignored everything I said! This is awful customer service. No solution for the problem they caused, just whatever, you’ll get it another day. . rude and unhelpful!

I put a star only because I didn't think it records if I didn't. My nightmare starts when we purchased a Beige sectional unit that we saw on the show room floor. We purchased in August because we had a family event planned for the 5th of October. Our sectional arrived around the second week of September, but my wife immediately noticed that it was the wrong color. She went to the store and spoke to the supervisor "Jessy", who told her that they only had one color and that she was confused because of the million dollar lighting they have on the showroom. When my wife return home she mentioned what she was told, so I said lets take a piece of the sectional that was delivered to us and compare it to the showroom one. When we got there, it was obvious that it was a different color. I asked to talk to the manager but I was told that the manager was at another store and they couldn't give me the number to contact the manager. I asked for the supervisor and Jessy shows up. I asked him to see the difference and confirm that its a different color, which he did and started taking photos of it. I asked him why did he lie to my wife, stating that they only carried one color, but had no response. Again I asked for contact information for the store manager and he refused to give me a number but said that the manager would contact me within 72 hours. 72 hrs came and went with no call, so I called only to get the same run around about not being able to put me in contact with the manager, that the manager would call within 72 hrs. So I call a different store voiced my concerns regarding this awful customer service and surprisingly I received a call the store manager. She said that the problem would be corrected and the proper color sectional would be delivered in a couple days since we were getting close to our family event. The new sectional arrives and before they take one in the house, I inspect it to confirm the color. . . it was the same error color sectional and not the Beige....

Needed chairs for our Nursery room. The sales person Julez was very helpful. Delivery was on time and went smooth. Very pleased with the quality of product and the professionalism of employees.

Patio furniture is great value and the movers installed the furniture easily and quickly.

Jeromes is by far the best furniture store I have done business with. Much better than Ashleys that’s for sure. I would highly recommend Jeromes I purchased a dinning room table and next a couch.
