Live in Tennessee, made an online purchase for aBlaine Module Twin bed for grandson living in San Diego Ca. Fast delivery (3-days). Although I call dispatcher because of later than set delivery, she informed me ths deliveries were 2 stops behind but assured me they would call in a few(which they did). They arrived and delivered all parts,(4 boxes). They were nice and courteous. Very professional. Quality of service 5⭐️, customer service 5 🌟, Accuracy of order 5⭐️. Very satisfied grandson.

Love the mantle but delivery men were careless and damaged the unit. Unfortunately my 20 year old grandson didn’t see the damage until after they left and wood splinters all over the floor. Pretty unhappy about this.

Pretty y good quality rug

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First, they delivered the wrong furniture and even the wrong rug. When I called to get it corrected, I was met with confusion, long hold times, and people who clearly had no idea what was going on. The lack of communication throughout this entire process has been unbelievable — no updates, no follow-through, and every call led to a different story. When the replacements finally arrived, several pieces were late, damaged, and poorly handled. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected at least some level of care and professionalism, but it honestly felt like they just didn’t care once they got the sale. Not to mention there was pieces missing from my order that still have not arrived after a month of waiting and no communication from sales or the customer service department.

Only a three because someone cancelled my order and it was delayed a week when I wanted so my company didn’t get to see it as I had hoped.

Mike did a great job helping me find the right lamp which I have been using now for 2 weeks.
