Order is going to take til December to complete. This was not shared when we ordered. We were told “eh 4 to 5 days”. We would not have ordered. We spent 10k and would have expected honestly.

Your Sales Representative, Davey, is great. He stayed involved and took good care of us through the somewhat difficult process of completing this transaction. However, I feel that the policy of only store credit for my particular situation leaving me no other way to solve my problem is not fair. Not even willing to give me a small refund, leaving me with little to no purchase option as you do not sell much that is that inexpensive.

Everything went well on my visit to Jerome’s! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and shown couches that I was interested in. After I purchased the couch the delivery went smoothly with reminder text messages keeping me aware of when the couch would be delivered. Once delivered the workers were courteous and got the job done.

The salesperson I worked with was excellent, very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the pillow itself was a huge letdown. During the purchase, I was asked to sign a waver acknowledging that I couldn’t return it if I wasn’t satisfied, and now I understand why. For the price and quality I expected from Jerome’s, it’s not worth what I paid. That’ll be the last $200 Jerome’s ever makes from me — or anyone I know. 🫡
