I passed my test the first time! I took all of my classes online at my own pace. The course material and the courses were awesome!. I did the compucram quizzes and stimulated test over and over again until I felt confident. I also advise to review the crammer books because they were a big help! I am excited for this new journey. I have been working toward completing this process for a LONG time. I took online and seated classes in Toledo/Maumee. Got sick and had to be carted out of class in an ambulance....after hospitalization and slow to get back on my feet; I thought it was all over. Months passed by and I thought I was a failure and let myself down. Hondros worked with me and let me complete my coursework, let me get back online, I took the test in January, missed the National and retook it again and passed I finally sold my first house in October and my second one in November along with my 20 hours of post lisc classwork. Slow but steady; this is my 401K Plan! Thanks Hondros. I have recommended you to others.

ASREB was a great experience for me. I bought the Set For Success package, and it afforded me some extra flexibility when life took some unexpected turns. I took all 18 chapters of the course (90 hours RE sales pre-licensing) in 9 days via live-stream. I had six different instructors, all excellent, but John Wenner and Randy Helman covered 6 each of my core courses and they were each wonderful and amazing, in their own unique ways. Both bring years of experience to the table and take pride in passing on their knowledge to help students prepare for industry exams. To them: "Thank you! You are gentlemen, and scholars!!!" John has a very measured demeanor (with some delightful math geek thrown in), and Randy has a very direct, no BS delivery, with a tiny bit of smart alec thrown in for good measure. You can take the New Yorker out of NY, but you'll never erase the Long Island... PAY ATTENTION or you might miss it. ;-) I also took the 6 hour Review Crammer with John (excellent), and Randy's 14 hour, yes, FOURTEEN HOUR workshop. Randy's workshop is an extra purchase, and I found it worthwhile for extra review. Both the crammer, and the workshop go over all 18 chapters in one sitting, and they are perfect for review RIGHT BEFORE you take the school exam. As an aside, Randy had a considerable injury the week of his workshop, but he charged ahead, stuck with it, and stuck with all 94 of us in that virtual streaming class for 14 hours! He is BEYOND DEDICATED to his students' success!!! I also used ASREB's Compucram for studying- it does have some glitches and minor frustrations, but for me, it was VERY HELPFUL for studying and to track where I needed extra review. I passed the school exam the night of my last class (crammer) and passed the state exam four days later! I had my license only 4 weeks after my first class- I did not know I had it in me- Thank you to ASREB, I am embarking on a new career path, and hoping to make it rain! Now pardon me, I have a hankering for a but...

Classes were great and flew by. Teachers were good with the exception of the one guy who called students by the neighborhood we were from instead of our names. I did weekends courses for 6 weeks!

I’m extremely grateful for Bob and Mike and the phenomenal teachers they are. I’m halfway through my courses and couldn’t be more pleased with the educators Hondros has provided! Bob and Mike are both top in their fields. They have extensive knowledge and truly want us to be successful. They thoroughly explain the material and are extremely helpful. I’m so glad I chose to take my coursework thru Hondros and the livestream option with these instructors has been nothing but phenomenal. I trust they will help me reach my goals. I took the State and National Boards today and passed on the first try! I would like to thank all of my Hondros instructors, Bob, Al, Jackie, Tammy and Mike for providing me with the tools to be successful. I took the Real Estate classes through Zoom and was very impressed with the instructors' knowledge of the content and how to apply this knowledge to my upcoming career in real estate. My advice is what was shared with me during the classes and during the Crammer Review Course - Study, study, study, read the question 3 times and all the answers, know your glossary terms and repeatedly take the simulated Crammer exams. I cannot specify enough the importance of the Crammer Course - well worth the $99.00! I am so excited in getting started with my new career! Good luck to all present and future Hondros students.

I took the online real estate salesperson course, due to COVID, and finished the course in three weeks. I was really struggling with trying to learn all of this information online and was somewhat at a loss on how I would be prepared for the exam. I must say the Crammer Course was a turning point for me, in that Al could explain each question and why each answer was right or wrong. The session prepared me for the next step in the CompuCram and gave me the confidence I needed to forge ahead. The online classes are quite intensive with the amount of information shared, and I really appreciate both tools you offered. I passed the exam on my first try after several weeks of prep! Thank you to all the instructors and staff at Hondros College. When I was let go from my job of 10 years in mid-June because of COVID impact, I set a goal to be licensed by mid-August. That goal was met yesterday when my new license went active! I took the Zoom crunch classes for three straight weeks in July. Those were some long days. I read every single book, which was huge for me. I am not a reader. Lol. I then used the CompuCram and used the Flash Cards, Matching, Quizzes and the practice tests. By the end, I was scoring 87% on the practice tests on CompuCram. I scored a lot lower on the actual exam, but I expected it to be more difficult, and it was. With the help of Hondros, CompuCram and the Lord above, I managed to pass the exam on the first try. Thanks so much for a great program.

Just want to say a very big "THANK YOU" to the staff and wonderful instructors at Hondros.. they have been very patient, very supportive and just so amazing! I started this journey two years ago with lots of starts and stops, but the staff at Hondros have patiently worked with me to allow me accomplish this goal. So for the past 6-weeks, I have audited the classes and studied. Worked tirelessly at Compucram, read the Crammer books, and practice questions. Between the Crammer and Compucram, I took 5 practice exams and they ALL helped tremendously, and when I took my test today ... I passed .. first time and both tests!! Yay!!

I really want to thank all the employees from Hondros for all the help they provided. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly, professional & ready to aid me in any way to complete the courses & pass the National & State Real-estate sales tests.

I took the 100% online real estate course during quarantine. Started April 15th and finished May 1st (worked hard to get the course done quickly before returning to work). The instructors are wonderful!! I gave myself approximately one month to study (once all necessary applications, background check ect. and was eligible to take the test). Took both the State and National today and PASSED both on the first try!! My advise:Study, Study, Study :) The compucram practice tests, flash cards and crammer books are the way to passing both tests:)

The information in the course is very helpful and right on track to help you pass the exam. I took this course and took the state test and passed on the first try. The compucrammer is a great study tool for the test as well.

I just wanted to Thank you Hondros. Today I took my Real Estate Exam and passed, it was a lot of work and commitment, but you guys made easy to do with the online courses and prep stuff offered after the course are finished. All the professors were awesome and easy to understand, Al was my favorite because he just breaks stuff down to were it is easy to understand.

I did both online and in class. All the instructors were very helpful. I wanted to attend all of the classes in person but due to working, I went to as many classes as I could and then online before the virus. I took the crammer course as well. It was very useful. I ended up not testing for a while due to nothing being open for testing to get my license. I remember AL saying keep taking the crammer over and over, so I did until I took the test for my license. I really enjoyed the classes in person and online. Great course. I hope everyone is safe.

I'm a recent grad, licensed in March - then Corona! I chose to do classroom because I just learn better that way. It really helps to hear dialogue and questions from others. We had a great core group, which made it really fun. All of the instructors were very good and each had a different "take" on things - which I appreciate. The staff at Hondros is so nice and helpful! It was a terrific experience overall.
