Starting a new career in real estate felt overwhelming, and I was incredibly nervous. To give you an idea, I was the person who spelled Realtor with an extra 'a'—'Realator'! Choosing Hondros College was the best decision I could have made. The instructors, Bob and Mike, have been amazing. They are patient, knowledgeable, and have helped me understand everything I need to know. I feel so much more prepared and confident about taking my exams. I called and spoke with a rep named Jessie. I am not a student yet but I will be thanks to her. I had questions. A lot of questions. She was patient, attentive, kind and caring even. I have been ill and she went off script if you will, to wish me well and advise on certain things to try to feel better. I have never had such an amazing experience with any customer service representative at any other company. She is a gem!

4 days into my classes and this team at Hondros has really been helpful with the teaching the knowledge I need to try and obtain my Real Estate License. Sarah Ford and Julie Shook are GOATS.

Vinny helped answer all my questions from pre-sign-up to pre-testing. He was responsive and available, gave direct instructions and though I remote studied on my own with a FT job, I passed the Real Estate Agent License exam (state and national portions) with a 92. 5% following his advice and that of Stacie P at the Westerville office. Premier service even for those of us with limited time. If you're considering getting licensed, just pick Hondros, ask for Vinny!

Hondros has been great. I chose the online self paced classes, and I’ve had to reach out a couple of times for support, and the support team was always very helpful and made me feel important and taken care of. The classes are great and very helpful and easy to navigate. Truly happy with the experience Hondros has provided.

I took the in person class in February 2025 in Maumee Ohio with Lisa Sedlak. There were 6 people enrolled in our class. She did an amazing job of teaching us the material and helping us retain the information to prepare for the test. 5 out of 6 of us have passed the test and are licensed! only one person still needs to take it. Please, please don't take away the in person classes-instructors like Lisa Sedlak are so important to our success! Thanks again Hondros and Lisa!

I was so impressed that I initially thought I’d prefer to deal with her alone, as people like her are rare to come by. However, when I was ready to purchase the course, I encountered an issue that required immediate assistance. Since Jana was unavailable at the time, I called the helpline and was connected with ShayLynn Cartwright—another exceptional representative. Her willingness to assist went above and beyond, reinforcing my belief that their entire customer service team is remarkable. If their courses are as high-quality as their customer support, I have no doubt I’m in for a great experience.

I try not to bother Hondros too much as an online student, but when I do I always seem to have the best experience - today was no different. I reached out via chat due to my final course expiring while I had been dealing with some health concerns and was connected with Doug. I was fully prepared/anticipating having to purchase an extension or even having to restart this final class of mine. Doug surprised me with SO MUCH kindness extending not only my course, but ALSO my exam prep, without charging me. After a really tough past few weeks, that was the literal best thing he could have done for me. I wish I could give Doug and Hondros more then 5 stars.

Attending Hondro's College has been a pleasant and amazing experience. Everyone I've talked to on the support side have been super resourceful, patient, and quick to resolve my issue/inquiry.
