I can't say enough good things about the instruction for the Home Inspection Pre-Licensing program. I had Carl and Mike as my instructors, and they are fabulous! Super knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Carl was my primary instructor and he really goes the extra mile to bring his knowledge and experience to your future real world application and takes the time to talk through and help you navigate the intricacies of the career field. I passed my licensing exam on the first attempt and was recently granted my license as a result of all of the great education and training that this program gave me. I enrolled the Hondros on April 10th and I gave the exam on july 8th. The result was fantastic I passed the exam on first attempt. Thanks all Hondros management team and all my amazing professors. Classes and Teachers here were the Best!!! Considering everything had to be done Virtual due to Covid19 I think the Instructors did a fantastic job Not only teaching the courses but making themselves available to the students. The crammer course was a lifesaver for me thanks for adding that to the package. I just have one complaint and tat is I wish it were easier to find what I am looking for on the site After all is said and done. For example my package came with Alumni Membership for 3yrs and I have no idea how to access this and cannot find anyplace on the website to do so. Only Alumni information here is wanting you to pay to join and I am already a member. Otherwise I have recommended this school to many of my friends and they have come here. Thanks for being there for us all during Covid19

These are the best courses for Real Estate. I was able to complete all the courses in a bout 2.5weeks, between online and zoom. I highly recommend the crammer class, I took that class twice. My package also included CompuCram, a Absolute!. I was able to take my exam within a few weeks and Passed both State and National on the first try by a HUGE Margin.

I started online courses in February and took my test on March 27th and passed on my first attempt!! I am so happy to a licensed real estate agent. Thank you Hondros!!!

I took the test on March 27th. The Compucram tests were invaluable. I surprised myself because I'm 68 yrs. old. Hondros Real Estate course is the best.

Took my Ohio Insurance exam and passed on my first try. Don't think I would have been able to do it with just a self study and reading the book. The online virtual class really helps make sense out of all of the info and the compu-cram gives you a good feel for the styling of the test.

the practice tests were a HUGE help! I would take one a day, write down all the questions I missed and studied them and then took it again the next day. after 2 weeks I was ready! such a wonderful tool to help you succeed!

I started classes in October had a couple of setbacks and it wasn’t until the last two weeks of February that I started seriously reading . I went back and studied all study guides and vocabulary at least four times!! I did compu cram &Kahoots and religiously followed the prep agent and my life went as follows: eat, sleep, real estate!! It wasn’t until March 5th. I was nervous,I meditated, and tried to stay focus and determined to get my license!! I went into the psi building confidently, took my test, and I passed!! The teachers where excellent my favorites were Al Rosser and Mike Brandly. At first it seems like rambling but trust me there’s a method to this madness it actually stick and some key words like location, location, location helped me answer other questions. Pertaining to location (worded differently of course) Also Belinda Fulton is a Doll and she knows real estate!! And very Helpful. The day I passed I was offered employment and now I’m part of small brokerage. All in one week I have been handing out my business cards and preparing for continuing education now!! The compucram study books I received were the major reason why I was able to pass the licensing test on my first attempt. I read the compucram state and national review text books and took the online readiness tests. While the questions are not exactly the same, the concepts are, By taking the test repeatedly, the concepts began making more sense and stuck. Eventually i did not feel as overwhelmed with information but quite versed and knowledgeable. i could not have passed this exam wit compucram. I highly recommend.

Excellent way to prep for the exam. The exam questions aren't exactly the same as Compucram (which they shouldn't be or else everyone would pass), but it gives you a good idea on what's on the exam and if you can do good on the Compucram simulated exams, then chances are you will on the actual exam. I recommend Compucram to anyone, as it is an efficient and cost-effective way to get summary knowledge and prepare.

I had a 3 day review with Mike Brandly. Great instructor brings real life experience to teaching. Lot of particiapation from attendees and really a lot of fun. Mike even taught this old dog new tricks. I really enjoy taking courses when he is the instructor.

I passed my real estate exam on the first try January 6th thanks to Hondros College. As long as you follow the course, take all of the simulated tests you can, and utilize Compucram; you will for sure be the next success story. A huge thank you to Al Batteiger for being so patient and knowledgeable. He makes the crammer sessions fun, and I felt so much more confident afterwards. Truly impressed with Hondros College!

I Just passed my exam this week. Took it and passed the first time. Thank you Hondros. Your vast array of teaching and resources really helped me. The crammer books and compucram took me over the top. I am happy and feel blessed to have worked with your school. You cannot go wrong going with Hondros.

I started Saturday classes in October, finished December , and tested in January. Everything from the beginning to the end was a simple process. All the instructors were amazing, very helpful and a few were very comical during the live classes which was just the best. When the instructors say learn the terms, LEARN THE TERMS! Learning the terms will make all the difference in the world with testing. I can't say enough good things about compuCram, I highly recommend you get this with your package, It will help you learn the terms and help you pass your test. Again Thank you and all the stress was worth it in the end.

I started the pre licensing courses in late July thinking I would be able to get it done while I had time off due to Covid 19. Little did I know I would be losing my job and become sick myself! I haven’t been able to work on it at all and had to ask for an extension. Not only did they they do this for me with no questions asked they even waived the fee! I can’t tell you how nice everyone has been and the courses are easy to do and understand. I highly recommend Hondros to anyone who is thinking about getting into real estate.

I started the class in September and wasn't giving it my time to it like I should. Once I started working to get done with a section each time I sat down it went much quicker. I like the exam prep courses but had to learn it was ok to not move the needle as far as I thought it should go. I spent 3 afternoons in exam prep a week before my exam and passed the first time.

I just wanted to give Al Batteiger huge kudos on our crammer session on 12/4. He did such an amazing job and was extremely informative. I went in feeling very concerned about how I will do on the exam, and now I feel much more confident. I was impressed with his ability to go into depth about each question at a good pace.
