Have yet to have a night I regret yet, since we bought are mattress. It was completely worth the money thanks 😁

This mattress started out being really tough for me to sleep on, I went from a very soft mattress that was very hot to the medium firm Helix mattress with max cooling. After the first couple weeks of having a bit of trouble getting comfortable, I just started sleeping great. Now, I almost get cold some nights since I keep the air so low from having the old hot mattress. My ONE complaint is the outer stitching of the mattress looks a little bit sloppy. I know they put these together custom, but it seems like some of the foam doesn't exactly fit in some areas, although this doesn't affect the comfort of the mattress, which is why I still gave it 4 stars. If they could improve the finished appearance of the mattress, it would be perfect.

The bed was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Also, the quality is not that good the bed is starting to slope to one side. The bed sleeps really warm too,

I sleep great and feels well made.

It's been nearly two months and (so far) I love the new mattress. I'm a heavy-weight side-sleeper who doesn't move around during the night, so there's a lot of pressure on a limited area. The mattress was well designed for my needs and it's kept its resiliency and support. No hip pain from a too-firm mattress, no back pain from one that lets me sink too far into it. I always have a good night's sleep now! (But ask me again next year? just sayin'... )

Just one night is all it took to change my life. As it turns out, the Helix bed actually alters your DNA when you sleep in it. In one night I grew a tail and gills because I dreamed of the sea. Now as a beautiful mer-man, I don't use the bed as much as I use to due to the lack of water in my bedroom, but it was quite comfy. 10/5 stars. *Disclaimer* Your experience may vary.

Great night sleep!

All I want to say is I am completely in love with my mattress. It is exactly what I needed. Perfectly firm for my back. It has helped a lot. I have gotten better sleep since receiving my mattress. Though I wish it was at least 13 inches wide but as long as my sleep is actually taking through the whole night it really doesn't matter. The foundation was very easy to put together, my 10 yr old son had a hand in it. I've had friends come over to feel the bed and all have wanted to spend the night. My best friend is actually searching for a new mattress, hes current one is a very high end brand and i might say it is firm but more on the soft side. Long story short, if you are wanting firm yet soft to the touch, easy assemble foundation this is it. You can not feel the next person get in or out of bed. Temperature is just right. A hard cloud is the only explanation i can give. I am glad I did not get a memory foam mattress.

The mattress wasn't as supportive as l expected and the cooling layer made me too cold!

The dual system is essential for couples sharing a bed. I wanted the firmest surface possible while my husband wanted something softer. The seam in the middle is not that noticeable. The edge support could be better and we didn't think it was especially cooling, but neither of us have rolled off yet and we got a cooling mattress protector which helped a lot with the temperature.

We LOVE our new Helix ... we will be purchasing more to replace our other bedroom mattresses too! Thank you for a great product

First, let me start by saying my last five years of sleep quality were abysmal. I had aches, pains, and no energy; I frequented the chiropractor, I did exercises to strengthen my back, and I even bought a new mattress... NOTHING HELPED!!!! Then I decided to look seriously at a new better mattress of increased quality I was torn between Purple and Helix. One had an exceptional one size fits all bed that included a free pillow (a huge plus since I have horrible neck pain) and the other offered a custom experience tailored to you said to rival that of tempurpedic. I decided to forego the free pillow and go for the customized experience. And I can firmly say it was a decision I would make again! I am beyond thrilled with my purchase; it is the best sleep of my life. I used to dread going to bed for fear of waking more tired and sore than when I went in. Now I can't wait to lay down and wake up refreshed. However fantastic this mattress is it does not wholly make up for my inferior pillow, which is not Helix's fault. The only complaint is either there was no helix cool pillow when I ordered, or I overlooked it. I am currently saving to hopefully get one (they seem expensive but worth it!) when I get one and give it a use I will update my review. My advice to potential shoppers is GET THIS MATTRESS and consider the helix pillow, if it is even a tenth as amazing as the mattress you will love it! My advice to Helix, please push your pillow harder and maybe have an offer like Purple, buy a mattress get a helix pillow. I am sure people would appreciate knowing about more of your fantastic products!

Have slept on my new mattress 5 nights. It feels great, but is too soon to say it is the greatest mattress ever.

I recently bought a Helix mattress after sleeping on my old one for far too long, and I’ve never slept better. I was a little skeptical about buying a mattress online, but the customizable nature of Helix really makes a difference. I highly recommend it!
