I have tried numerous brands and styles of pillows and this is the only one I will ever use again. It is the most comfortable and supportive that I have ever used. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a refreshing nights rest.

Our mattress has been enjoyable however it did not take care of my husband’s back soreness and stiffness like I was hoping. It is comfortable and worth keeping.

The mattress is a good, quality mattress, but my body just isn't adjusting to it. I have been waking up sore and moving to my old bed. I may not have the right firmness though. I will be adding the comfort pad soon to see how that helps.

I’m not sure if my last mattress was just that awful or my helix is just that great but I’ve gotten some of the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. We switched from a Pillow top, and everyone warned me that foam mattresses are hot, but I’m honestly cold sleeping on it this summer. The cooling feature really works. My husband is comfortable and I sleep in a sweatshirt.

We tried two other competitors brands. One went back (Layla), one we have in our house (Bed in a Box). I wanted to try a new brand so I bought a Helix. This is by far the most comfortable mattress. My husband and I filled out the questionnaire. We asked for a very firm mattress that slept cool. We are very pleased. We love the springy feel and the edge support. We bought this for our weekend home and are considering switching mattresses so we can sleep on this more.

I asked for a bed that sleeps side sleepers but seemed to get one that feels best on my stomach. Overall its okay.

The first time I slept on a Helix mattress I had my doubts that comfortable hybrid mattress could come out of a box rolled up the way it was. Helix surprised me as it was not only comfortable but supportive of my back! This mattress was a gift to my son which was still in the box in his garage when I visited, since then it has been on his sons bed replacing the new mattress he bought only months before! This year when I was researching mattresses I read a LOT of reviews, both paid professionals and actual customers. I read fine print on warranties, guarantees, and company history. I chose to go with Helix from everything I read and from that one night visiting my son when we rolled the unused gift from its box and were pleasantly surprised. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with the decision to buy Helix.

Im so glad I had my boyfriend help set this up. It is so heavy! This bed is amazing. But after about 3 weeks it got an indentation where I lay every night. But it is so beyond comfortable.

In general I am happy with my purchase, with one exception . The mattress was supposed to sleep cool and it does not! It is just as warm as the mattress I replaced! That has been disappointing!

We bought the Helix mattress about 2 months ago. They integrated it for both of us per our sleep survey. We had a tempurpedic mattress before this. We love our Helix. It sleeps cooler, and supports our side sleeping styles. We would highly recommend this mattress.

I suffer from cronic back pain and I have arthritis around my spine from a surgery I had when I was younger. I had gotten to the point to where I could hardly get out of bed in the mornings because I was in so much pain. I hated going to bed at night. I didn't sleep well and was constantly exhausted. Enter Helix. After months of comparing other mattresses from similar companies, I decided to go with a Helix. I have ZERO regrets. My mattress is perfect! Let me tell you this though, it does not feel like a traditional mattress. Don't let that scare you like it did me after I first set it up. My mattress is one of the softest they offer and when I felt it I worried it was going to be too firm because it didn't feel all mushy soft when I first sat and laid on it. That night I got the best night of sleep that I have had in years. Years! I'm only 33 years old, but my back has been problematic since my early teens. I was able to get out of bed and stand up straight after one night! I expected a break in period or to need time to adjust, but I was sleeping wonderfully from the first night. The mattress conforms to your body without sinking in; it is kind of bizarre. It doesn't hold heat like my old mattress does (thank God!). There is very minimal movement transfer. I can't feel it at all when my dog jumps on the bed and I can only tell my husband rolls over if he is overly dramatic about it. It took him a couple of weeks to adjust, but now he loves it as much as I do. I won't go back to a traditional mattress. Helix has a lifetime customer with me.

One of the best customer service experiences all the way from ordering to being informed during shipping, addressing comfort issues and eventually picking up the mattress ( too bad it didn’t work out) and refund.

I was reluctant to buy a bed online. However, my husband & I both did tons of research & ended up with the same front runner for beds with Helix. We have had it about 3 months now & we love it. It’s comfortable and we both sleep like a dream! One last point: I read some reviews that said it was stinky at first. However, we never detected an odor.
