I fully expected this bed to last ten years, given that I paid in excess of $1,800 for it. It was great for about six months. It has gotten progressively worse and now I’m shopping for a different bed. I would never buy this brand again.

We switched to a Helix mattress from a memory foam mattress and couldn't be happier. We ordered a "soft" mattress. It's soft enough that our backs are aligned, but has enough support. We finally wake up pain-free in the morning! We also opted for the "cooling" mattress with the "cool" pillows and we are so much more comfortable at night. Thank you Helix!

According to my husbands fitbit, he is sleeping longer and deeper without tossing and turning! I can have the firmness I want in a mattress while his side is softer. We are both happy!!

We've had the mattress for 6 months now, and overall I don't regret it. I do wake up frequently at night feeling sweaty, and have purchased a waterproof mattress protector to ensure that this soft-surface mattress doesn't get smelly over time. My husband doesn't complain about feeling hot nearly as often (but he never has). FWIW, I bought this mattress because both of us have injured shoulders, and with our prior mattress, we would wake up with shoulder pain. This doesn't happen with our Helix mattress.

Mattress is dual construction king. Both of us are fully satisfied and greatly pleased with our purchase. The two Pillows are mine. So far, I enjoy having them. I’ve taken the insert out of both of them.

I was not able to get comfortable on this bed and i had to return it. The customer service i received through this process was the best, not need to argue or explain beyond normal conversation!! I will be recommending this bed to my friends and familly.

I bought it for my wife and she loves it. She won't even let me borrow it. I guess we'll have to buy more

Perfect firmness, coolness, and a great mattress so far! I love the customization. This was a bit of an experiment for us as we've been using conventional mattresses all our life. I think the only thing that weirded us out was the fact that the edges give a lot more than a conventional mattress. This was to be expected in all the reviews we've read and apparently the helix, because it's a hybrid has more edge-support than pure foam mattresses, but it's still a little strange and unexpected. We got used to it and really, it's about the quality of the sleep, not about how it feels when you sit at the edge of your bed or roll out in the morning. Happy customers!

Although my girlfriend and I decided to return our mattress (it just wasn't the right fit for us), we felt that the customer service and support was exceptional throughout the whole process.

At first I was skeptical but it's been a month since I purchased Helix and its amazing by far.

The Helix bed was recommended by my sister, but it wasn't until I got severe Sciatica, that I decided to give it a try. It made all the difference in my sleep and the way I feel when I get out of bed in the morning. It supports your body in a way that doesn't put stress on your bones or joints. Even my husband says his body feels better after sleeping on the Helix, and he used to wake up with aches from our old mattress (which really wasn't that old !).

It’s easy to set up and I still get stiff back every morning when I wake up.

We bought the California King and had each side made to each our needs. We are both sleeping so much better. We love our Helix so much!!! Thank You!!!

We love it! It’s the best sleep I have ever had. Even when our a/c went out, we chose our bed over the air conditioned down stairs bedroom.

I am very happy I purchased Helix. I used to sleep hot and sweaty. But now I never wake up in night. It’s cool and comfortable sleep. I got pillow too which is awesome.

Decent mattress for the price not nearly as soft as described still very soft though. We were hoping for a pillow top feel but it’s definitely firmer than that.

Not a life-changing mattress, but very nice overall. Didn’t have any bad off-gassing that I noticed. Not as soft with the support I thought it would have as a side sleeper.

Super comfy! We adjusted quickly. My fiancé and I have very different sleeping needs, the blended mattress is perfect for us!

I bought two Helix Cool adjustable pillows and they're amazing! They are super comfortable and soft but still supportive around the neck. So worth the money!
