Ordered a medium quarter zip. Received a large. Could not give as a give for Christmas. Sales tag said medium, garment tag says large.

I order a few gifts for my wife and mother for Christmas. Yes it took about 3 weeks for it to arrive but it was worth the wait. They were very impressed with the quality of the material. SOHO has done a great job producing a variety of college gear. It's hard to find everyday women's college clothing. If you can wait several weeks for your order to arrive, I would highly recommend shopping here.

They won’t refund your money for a return…….you get an e gift card. If I was aware that this was the policy, I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place.

We ordered 3 sweatshirts and were told that all three we in production and shipped within 48 hrs with email on 12-10-2021 6433614 6433612 6433607 We received 614 before xmas We do really love the Hawkeye one we received …these were Xmas gifts for our nieces I would think we deserve the courtesy to respond with eta or issue .We have no idea what happened or where these gifts are _ Would happily change review if someone would respond Thanks Amy Ridgway

Poor shipping. Kept being told to wait on package because of holidays and delivery times, which is fine. Ordered on Nov. 25th and never received the package. Just received an email for refund after being in communication with customer service. Such cute stuff, but poor delivery

Absolutely horrible service from start to finish. Took a month to receive what I I ordered. All items arrived after Christmas, even though they were ordered over 3 weeks prior. The company tried to pawn off the blame on others for the slow shipping, but that was not the problem. They did not ship the product until 2+weeks after I placed the order. They would not even respond to most attempts to contact them for updates. When they did respond they never offered no apologies, only excuses. They never accepted fault, just blamed others. If you want your product, order from somewhere else, I know I will.
