Bought a new shirt & it came with a blood stain on it. Very disappointing.

One of the sweaters I ordered was out of stock and was originally not in my order when I received it. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Cathleen who was absolutely AMAZING! She was very responsive, kind, and did everything she could to help me fix the order. She even went out of her way to check on when the out of stock item will possibly be returning while also offering to search for similar items. I truly have not had a more positive experience with customer service or a business before. I will definitely be a returning customer and am looking forward to gifting some items for Christmas and Birthdays! Thank you so much!

‼️BUYERS BEWARE‼️I purchased 4 cute sweat shirts totaling $192. 27 and upon arrival the bag had a large missing section of one corner and taped over with clear packing tape. Immediately took pics of the bag and upon opening noticed 2 items missing. I have waited and waited more than 2 days and zero response from Gameday Couture SOHO. Ironically, I noticed they have no contact number and only a general email box to send in messages. No response! Very disappointed in the level of customer support after the sale. I plan on taking this up with my Credit Card company for a refund since I have not heard anything from them. Customers beware and consider before giving this place your money!!

I love shopping with Shop The Soho, they always have great design concepts. Even though I am a guy, I still love people able to check out the new Gameday apparel and even send some of the women's stuff to my girl friends!

In my opinion this is a very odd fit for this shirt. I did not want to go through with the difficult boutique return processes so I just decided to keep and make it work. However, I think this shirt is extremely overpriced, not to be rude but the quality I could have picked up same or sometimes better at target or walmart. Disappointed and probably would not order from this boutique again. There is not even a tag on the shirt with a brand etc.

Won’t recommend. I always wash any clothing I order. Can’t be returned I guess after washing.

Simple and easy

The sweatshirt I ordered was great quality and super soft! HOWEVER, I'm pretty disappointed with both tees. I'm returning one as the design printed seemed too large for the shirt and made it sit weird on my body. I'm not super impressed with the 2nd shirt, especially for the price, but risking the wash hoping for an improvement in texture. Also not super pleased to pay return shipping. Probably won't be a return customer.
