The customer service email provided in the order confirmation, to Amazon and the BBB is either incorrect or not watched. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with someone regarding my order after a month of it being processed but not shipped.

Shipping took over a month! Way too long and this happened the last time I ordered as well. These will be the only 2 times I shop here.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes that are my normal size, they came in and were small. I sent SOHO an email asking if I could return for another size, and never got a reply. They do not have a customer service phone number or I would have called. Bad customer service.
