I have ordered from Soho. Once I waited forever and they sent the wrong sweater. They do not issue refunds, so I have a credit. I ordered a sweater which I did not like. I sent it back and I still have a credit. Very disappointing!

The exchange took a long
The exchange took a long time. The instructions made me believe that my exchange would be sent as soon as I dropped the first at the post office, presumably using the barcode scan to indicate I had sent it. Instead, you had to receive the too small item first, which just took longer. I feel like shipping has gotten much slower since SOHO was added to the name.

I put the wrong city
I put the wrong city and state for my delivery. I attempted to contact Gameday Coutre but was told to send email. I sent an email but never received a reply. I haven’t received my package either. Paulette Kelly

I love this quarter-zip and received so many compliments while wearing it. It is thick and warm but not heavy. It does run slightly small. If in between, size up.
