I’ve had my chair two days So far I love it. I’m sitting in it all day and it’s comfortable. I need the footrest extension but so far so good. I love the drive and controls. I wish I could recline it myself but again it’s comfortable

The lowest speed setting is still very fast. It’s easy to run into people in crowded situations. Delivery took 7 weeks. Much too long.

My bag got destroyed by accident. I ordered a new one and it came promptly.

We needed a new battery for my wheelchair, fast. We called on a Wednesday about it and needed it by the following Monday as we were going on vacation. The gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and said it could be shipped 2 day air. We received it on Saturday. Crisis averted.

Great service and good products. I have owned my chair for several years. In the past six months my health has improved so that I can travel outside my home. I use it on gravel roads and grass and it is holding up well. Customer support is excellent.

Thanks for the new 10A Battery! We purchased after use of wheelchair for 3 years and was going on a cruise and got the battery in time and put it in and chair worked great!
