I love my EZ lite cruiser and love the service with the exception of the battery being out of stock and it took a very long time to receive my new one.

We have called several times to ask what exactly replacement part we need when there is a problem with my wheelchair. Every single time we spoke to a knowledgeable rep who knew exactly what we needed. Delivery is fast and we are thrilled with EZ Lite Cruiser!!!!!

I’ve had my deluxe EZ Lite Cruiser for over six years. I just now had to replace my button pad some of my repeat orders because of wear and tear. I’ve purchased have been my armrest pads and cushions. Everything‘s arrived earlier than expected or on time.

My wife has been very pleased with the performance of her EZ Lite Cruiser DX10 which we purchased 3 years ago. It’s been very dependable and is still going strong. She couldn’t function without it.

This is the second time I have had to purchase a replacement cover. We only use the cover for airline travels. The cover works well, but it would be nice to have a more durable cover with reinforced areas near the bottom to support the folded chair. I have purchased my own locking luggage straps which I put around the cover to secure it.

Customer Service has been excellent in working with me to resolve any issues! Some times my email seem to get lost, however when I re-email them about a response, they are very quick to resolve the matter. :) I am very impressed with the wheelchair, I have had it over a year now and use it so often that I needed to replace the wheels. This process was quick and easy to do and again customer service was fantastic in assisting me. Thank you for the unwavering support of your product~!!!

Recently needed tech support. I used the chatbot and got my answer pretty quick. I have called and talked to a tech before and they are very responsive to getting things right for you. Keep up the good work

Great customer service.

Great product. Very light and will go a long way between battery charging. Parts are easily replaced and the customer service is excellent. The only downside to it being so light is it will slide sideways on side hill surfaces. It also can get bogged down in loose gravel. I have had the product for over five years and have used it extensively outside. I am not sure it would work well inside a house or in tight spaces.
