I received this as a gift and I love it! About 90% of my fluid intake is water but I despise buying water. We live in a plastic society and I greatly appreciate Epic Water helping minimize the use of plastic for our Earth, animals and future.

Even though I had an issue with the delivery of my Jug, as soon as I contacted the customer support, Epicwater filters provided me a very kind and professional treatment. They completed the delivery on the day after with an additional filtration bottle as a courtesy. The company efficiency and gentleness has superseded my expectations

Bought 2 of the epic ultimate water filter, so far only used on tap water but wanted them for a go bag a go bag, currently using everyday as filter bottle and works great. As you would expect you have to work slightly harder to get the water out, but you know it’s filtering out all the rubbish. Now looking at the house filters. Fantastic product 👍:type_1_2:

I have just moved to London from Australia and my 2 epic stainless steel water bottles made the cut of possessions coming over (a big call for a girl who could only bring 2 suitcases of belongings to start a new life!!!)- they're that good. How many other brands on the market have scientifically proven to remove so many nasties from our municipal drinking water? especially fluoride, and pesticide and medication 'run off'. No point eating organic if I'm just going to drink the problems I'm attempting to avoid buying organic. If you value your health, invest in epic products. I just ordered the jug for my kitchen in London and plan to order jugs and subscription replacement filters for family members for Christmas. Also I am really impressed with the customer service I received, from prompt communication, to fast delivery, to giving me a refund because a sale started 24 hours after I purchased my products. Highly recommend both product and company. Thanks epic.

I am completely satisfied with the EpicFilter pitcher. The quality of construction and ease of assembly thanks to the easy to follow instructions were much appreciated. I had been using Epic water filters for about 1 and a half years or so. I recently moved from Roosevelt Island NYC to Rego Park NYC and bought a new Epic water filter. Unfortunately it only lasted about 1 month... I am set up for automatic replacements every 4 months and wasn't due to receive my next filter for a few months. My girlfriend and I were forced to drink tap water that didn't taste so good. I emailed you guys about my problem and you quickly shipped me two new filters for free. Whether or not those filters also last only a month will help me determine if the last filter was just faulty or if the water in my new neighborhood is less pure than the water in my old neighborhood. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service response. Thank you.

I absolutely love this bottle! Customer service is great. I accidentally threw a part away and Epic replaced it for free. No questions asked. I would buy again and plan to keep purchasing the filters.
