Great tasting water, noticibly cleaner tasting. Easy setup and good size jug. Signed up for cartridge subscription service so hopefully all will run smoothly. Like the fact the filters last longer than Brita etc. and filter out more metals plus the biggest bonus to me Flouride.

We found out that our municipal water system has some major issues with contaminants. After some research we decided on the epic pure pitcher to have safe drinking water! Bonus: it tastes great!

If it is taking the fluoride out as stated it works fine.

The tap water is better for you than what you filter! I bought the one thing that shows you the difference. A water tester. I fact I bought two different ones. Ended up buying an Zero water filter! Works great and the filters are cheaper and work longer.

Epic delivered my water filter pitcher very fast--it surprised me how quick it arrived. I had a question and email Epic's Customer Support and they responded within a day and were spot on with the answer.

At 1st I thought the water flow rate would be super slow due to filtration process, but this product surprised me with its good flow rate and I feel safe to drink my home tap water now, thumbs up!

My question was answered in a timely fashion am the answer was clear and concise.

I had an faulty filter sent out, they sent out a replacement no questions asked. :)

I've been using this system since July 2017 after coming to South Africa. I still am not sure when to change the filter and was told when I couldn't drink any water because the filter was probably clogged. It is now leaking around the top where the straw is and I have to adjust several times to get water and not air from the straw area. I still like the concept and feel I'm drinking safe water.

Purchased a epic tritan water filter bottle to take to work. The water tastes great. No chemical tastes just pure water. Loved the product so much I got one for my partner and also bought the epic triton water jug for household use. No more buying bottled water! Great service and delivery. Would definately recommend.
