like the idea that someone is focused on removing fluoride, amazed that someone responded to my complaint, then offered an upgrade.. based on my complaint! wow! that is a working customer service dept!... one thing I would like to see... is more information about the filter... as this is really the heart of the product and it looks like one of the best on the market, and amazingly, at a very reasonable price... (waiting for new pitcher, thanks for contacting me personally and sending it out ... two thumbs up) I use this product everyday for my health..

After I wrote to Epic angry that my filters weren't lasting as long as advertised, Epic not only wrote with an apology and an explanation, but also replaced my bad filters. I really appreciate their responsiveness and am pleased that the replacement filters are working just right. I will remain a loyal customer.

We emailed Epic regarding a very slow filter on a relatively new pitcher (2-2.5 months old). We live and bought our pitcher internationally, but received a very prompt response from Jason at the headquarters in Boulder, CO. He notified us that after speaking with his manager, they believed our filter to be faulty and offered to mail us a new one. When I replied with our address and a picture of our pitcher, Jason noted it was an older version of the pitcher and offered to send us the newest one (with filter) free of charge. We thought it was being sent from the U.S. and would take a couple of weeks to be delivered, but the very next day, the new pitcher and filter arrived at our door by courier from the local retailer that we had bought our original pitcher from! We are beyond pleased and grateful for such prompt, kind and wonderful customer service, and we are huge fans of the Epic water filters! Great purchase and I would highly recommend it. After filtering the water it has no taste so you feel assured that as many impurities as possible have been filtered out. I had a problem with the filter not lasting as long as it should due to an odd one come off the factory line but was sent a replacement no problem or questions asked. Good company to deal with.

I like the jug. It leaves the water odourless and I presume clean of all harmful substances. I am considering buying one for the office as well.

I wanted to know how I will know when the filter is no longer doing its job & was told I guess when it clogs and water won't go through it. At first I said thanks but after thinking a little more I have another question. How did you know it produces up to 285 liters/75 gallons? Can someone answer this question?

I bought the Epic water filter jug in April this year and 6 months later, there is still filtering power to it (It has been used mostly by me/one person). However, the old jug had an issue with the spout lid, but the company offered to replace it and today the new version arrived woth filter and all, and the tip lid is working perfectly from day one. They are even sending an extra filter to make up for the hassle, so my conclusion is very positive: the EPIC filters company offers a siperb service, and i have signed up for a replacement filter subscription at reduced cost, because I find the quality of the filtered water great, with no smell of chlorine or flouride. It even states it will remove arsenic (which unfortunately I have in excess).

I had ordered a lid by mistake and promptly got a refund. Thank you Epic!

Badly designed, hard to pour and two filters didn't allow water to filter through them. Have nothing good to say about the pitcher or filters.
