As a UK user of the Epic Pure jug and filters, all I can say is that the switch to Epic to Brita has been a revelation. I was just about to purchase another Brita filter at the end of last year when I decided to do some research on what Brita actually filtered out, and to my surprise/ horror realised that it was not all that much of all that many things! I then had Epic recommended to me by friends in the States, did my research and realised Epic filter out just about everything of just about everything. Seeing that the filters, though more expensive, lasted much longer so the difference in ultimate cost was negligible (and with water club discounts probably a bit cheaper) I took the plunge into new waters. I was sceptical that the taste would be that different, but when I first tried a glass it was like the taste I remembered when I drank out of a clear stream high up in Yosemite National Park. Pure and delicious, and I haven't looked back. One of the other worries I had was how well (or poorly) the jug would pour, especially when it had just been filled with water as I had tried others that leaked all over the place, but even if the top reservoir is brimming full you're absolutely fine. I have found their customer service to be excellent, and now that they have a warehouse in the UK the delivery is quick and easy. I hope that they do extremely well. They certainly deserve to.

I enquired online, ordered and received my jug all within 3 days (noting time difference). Experience instore locally at the distributor was disappointing though. Glad i went online. Looking forward to using my jug!

We initially purchased a water filter from these guys last year, the filter did its job, but it was painfully slow. So after using it for a while I thought I'd write in and ask if this was normal. Ends up it wasn't, and we had just fluked out and received a faulty unit. They sent us a brand new, newly designed filter the very next day - and it's working great! That is some top class customer service that turned what could of been absad story into a big win for us.

Good customer service

I found the experience painful, I ordered through the site as I Amazon was constantly out of stock. I had to keep chasing it up, felt like I was being ignored when all I wanted was a truthful explanation on what had gone wrong. Eventually I was graced with a reply and received my order with a complimentary gift voucher! I'm happy water tastes a lot better but its a shame how much the filters have gone up in price since I ordered.

I was very impresed how quickly epic resolved my issue of sending me the wrong filter. Was sent out the next day which was a sunday and didnt have to mess around sending wrong one. Rael

Water very clean, jug is good size. Large amount of water filtered at once. Didn't receive my jug for two weeks but quickly sorted once emailed about the problem.

Love the water filter jug. I needed a new filter about a month ago. An order was placed but I was told Amazon had lost the shipment of filters to the UK. I still need a new filter but haven’t had a great deal of success. Money has been refunded with assurance that Amazon would still send the filter. Still yet to receive it !

Absolutely love using the Epic Pure Water Pitcher. The water were I live tasted really bad, now it tastes really good! Can’t recommend Epic enough!

I recently purchased the single canister under counter filter for my kitchen. I have used a whirlpool dual stage filter for almost 10 yrs but when it started leaking I looked to find another filter. I was able to use my existing dedicated dispenser from the prior filter system so I am only filtering water I want to filter. From the looks of it installing the lines from Epic would be easy as well. The GPM flow is much better than my previous system and the water tastes much better. My experience with customer service via email has been great as well. I have had no problems but wanted to return some extra manifolds I received. Epic replied quickly and was very helpful with the return. I would definitely recommend this filter and purchasing from this company!

Had been using one for a week and bought two for friends, one had a cracked reservoir and despite the festive season, had one sent to me very promptly. For the orders I made to Singapore, all three were delivered the very next day.

I received an absolutely perfect Christmas gift for travel.... my new epic bottle filters water from the kitchen faucet. The water taste clean and is refreshing. There are no chemicals, contaminants or fluoride to consume or be concerned about anymore with this new epic travel bottle. I love it and plan to use it when away from home and on travel.

I have used other water filter pitchers in the past and the design team at Epic obviously put a lot of thought into creating a practical and functional pitcher. The filter life has an indicator on the lid as well so there is no guessing the remaining life of the filter. I love my Epic filter pitcher!

Delivery takes time in Europe, but filter is good

Unfortunately I was very dissapointed in the products I have recieved from epic water filters. As well as the filter getting jammed, (which the company did replace, which I appreciated) the actual jug was broken so unclean water trickles in to the jug each time I fill it. Not the quality product I was expecting and doesn’t deliver it’s promises. I’m sorry to say I would not repurchase and will be looking elsewhere.

I have been using this for the past 3 months and the good points are: The filtered water is lovely and clear and tastes so much better than tap water It doesn't take too long for the water to filter through. I decant the filtered water into another jug and immediately filter more as we use a lot in a family of four The cats love it, so much more than tap water! Not so good point; The percentage countdown on the lid quickly became unusable as it filed with water. So I am guessing that as a family of 4, we need to replace every 3 months. BUT when I queried about having a new lid, I was sent a complete jug so thank you EpicWater for this great customer service! Jools
