Fire sound is fake and fire look is fake. Remote didn’t work

Arrived very quickly. It was very easy to set up, just placed in my fireplace and plugged in. As others have said in their review, the crackling sound is a little clanky, but you can turn it off. It’s so nice to be able to adjust flame color, speed, and brightness. It looks like a real fire and gives a warm, cozy feeling. Haven’t tried the heat yet as it’s still hot where I live. Mainly bought for the look. I am totally satisfied with the price and quality! Love it!

Love my fire place it made my room cozy and warm

I was sent the black when I had ordered the bronze. I contacted customer service and sent them the required pictures. They said “that is our bronze”. It is very clearly the matte black. I had wanted it to match my bronze sconces that I put it under. Other than that it seems great. Nice flame. It hasn’t been cold enough for me to turn the actual heat on yet but it’s a great ambience with the flame. The shipping was crazy fast, on my doorstep within two days. Just wished they would have given me the color I ordered-or an apology.
