I just recently purchased a Modern Ember Electric Fireplace unit from Electric Fireplaces Direct and am very happy with my experience. The only hiccup was the initial shipment was partially damaged. However Jennifer quickly arranged for another complete unit to be shipped and it arrived within a week. It was in perfect condition and we were able to assemble it with very little difficulty. I absolutely love the fireplace! It fits perfectly in my new home and I look forward to many lovely evenings sitting by the fire.
