The fireplace was surprisingly light- however we are impressed with the quality and it gives out an incredible amount of heat and we really like the optional sound noise.

Dealing with Fireplace Direct was good. Item came quickly and in perfect shape. The fireplace itself has a nice heater, but the logs could have been larger for a more realistic look. In general, I am very satisfied.
