Its absolutely good but could be better !
I am indeed happy to use BlueVox for all my calling needs. Its one of those companies which is revolutionizing the industry. I just sincerely hope they bring in more innovative features and do reduce their down times. Off late I have seen there are more disruptions in their service, If only they could fix that- they would really score good points from me.

gud that your providing the low cost service to the customer
i had bitter experiences in terms of service or your help desk i understand you are providing the service for low cost. it would be appreciated if you can able to write a algorithm to be able to find free access points in case of busy in one place. that will improvise/optimize use of your services.

Excellent VOIP service ever & excellent value for the money
Though initially I had some doubts about the service when I signed up, I never faced any major issues about the connection or quality of the calls. I will definitely recommend this to others

Connections to india doesn't work in the morning times
It works as it supposed to. One of the thing I like is you can give a name to your speed dial and automatic voice announce the name when you make a call, neat. In the mornings connection doesn't make through. There is a dropping call problem too. Other than that it's worth the money.

Voice quality is good, I have experienced shut down onetime this month if we can keep this to minimal, I will give 5/5 if i can have options online to change my payment info/method. Price wise it's best so far

Thanks for providing an unlimited calling service, We really love your service. The only issue is the support, very rarely we find there is an outage in the service, we have no clue on what is going on and what is the ETA to fix the issue. Since your customer service support is through email, It would be much appreciated if you can provide a Dashboard on member login to convey the status and ETA. Overall i am very much satisfied with your service and I would highly recommend this service to all.

Worth for the money we pay
We are getting service for the money we are paying . some times the lines are so busy we could not able to connect, other wise it is good.

I have experienced call breaks lot of times and sometimes access points doesn't work at all. other than that it is worth for the money that we are paying . Overall I would definetly recommend to use this.
