Call Service is good. Needs improvement on site
The service is worth for 9.99 . Faced some dialing issues over weekends few times. But they need to improve the website. it will be good if we get the details about the 1) Next recharge date 2) Account details which we have used for recharge and a functionality to change the account number which we have used 3) Details about the automatic recharge

So far so good.. few suggestions
I will get ring tone even though the number which i am calling is busy/waiting/switch off. So i actually don't get to know the other person gets my call or not. If you can give proper message then it will be great. Sometimes i cannot connect to access numbers

Need improvements: 1. Mobile app that works with wifi or data plan. 2.Hearing ringing sound even if receiver mobile is switched off or out of coverage area. 3. Not able to hear call waiting message if there is call waiting on receiver mobile and also not able to hear caller tunes also. 4.Not hearing any message if receiver is not answering the call. 5.There should be automatic redial if the person fails to answer the call.

Great service
I have been using Allvoi service for several years. They have a good product but you are restricted to a land phone or have to use data on the go. Also, I have as windows phone and they do not have an app for that. I initially signed up for a month trial with Bluevox and am very satisfied with their service and ease of use. However, I recieved an email informing me that there will be only one phone per account which makes it less alluring. Still excellent solution, plan to continue usage for a long time.

service is good and cheap. there is no hidden fee and total bill will come $9.99. only problem i could see in weekend. sometimes call gets disconnected.

Everything is very good except Connectivity to India
Unlimited calling card at lower price is verryyyy good. Voice clarity and all other factors are good except the connectivity. Many times i had to switch over to different access points to connect to india. If you could improve the connectivity, it would be excellent and a 5 star rating will be obtained :) I like the quality and price. Thank you Bluevox :)

It's is nice to use BlueVox it's cheap with unlimited calls to many countries. Only problem is some times maybe once or twice in a month the lines will not be avaliable for some time.

This service is very good, Sound quality is very good. Sometime connection problem. With this service i connected with my family and friends in my country. I love this company it is in my budget also.

We started using this last month and we think the monthly price they are offering is very good. But some times we are having trouble connecting to local access number. This happens almost once a week.

The best VoIP service ever - $10 a month
This must be the cheapest and the best (quality) VoIP service I have ever used. I have primarily used it for calling India. and I have used Vonage , AllVoi and several calling cards before. While every other player has at least one or the other problem bluevox is plain and simple. $10 a month and you have 3000 minutes for India calling at an awesome quality. Unfortunately I had to cancel after a month as I am stuck with one year contract with AllVoi. AllVoi will charge $75 as contract breakage fee which will evade my savings if I would shift to bluevox. But if you are in a market for a VoIP - international calling .... Look no further !

Good Service, with few problems
The service is pretty good, quality of the voice is pretty good as well. It had some issues with connecting to access points on 2 days in one month. Hopefully the teething issues are resolved for good. It will be great if it allows atleast 2 users with the same account. Overall, I would recommend it to any one trying to save some money.

Bluevox is excellent for international calling with no hidden charges. If they say $10, it is $10, not like other company lik vonage... Really everybody should atleast try it.. Ya once in blue moon u might have problem calling, but thats fine..

Better choice voip for the price you pay
The price you pay, bluevox is good choice to chose. Only had issues on busy weekends, otherthan that no issues so far.
