Cost effective But Call quality and connectivity is Bad
Cost-wise its very cheap but call quality is not good. some times their routing number stop working for whole days.. call disconnected in middle of talk. and too much of noise and discontinuity during talk. They need to insure that their routing number always work correctly 27x7. Secondly improvement in call connectivity..

Good call quality, some technical glitches
The call quality is good or excellent in the 90% of the time. There was a problem with the automatic renewal process (PayPal payment) in the last 2 months. I lost my credit balance as well, however I got immediate help from customer service. I wish to have at list 100 hundred free mobil minute included in the plan on the non covered mobile networks. All over I am very satisfied with this company.

Bluevox-Very useful for International calls.
Bluevox is very helpful in making the international calls. Most of the time the network is good. Sometime the network is not working properly. Not able to make the calls. Its giving the voice message as "Your call cannot be connected because of the network issues." I faced this issue for the entire day. Please try to avoid such things in the future.

Access Point not reachable few times.
1. Access Point not reachable few times. 2. Echo in the call. I hear back what I say. Not always but few times. 3. Access point is not a US free local number (Houston) when calling using service like Magic Jack. Over all, I am happy. Sachin Dabhade

Good but still needs improvement.
This is a good service for me for last one and a half month except few times when we get busy tones whole dialing the access number. Also we are not able to dial few phones in India where we always get fast busy. Other than we do not have any issues so far with the service. I would recommend it to people who want to cut monthly international costs.

We had overall good experience of blue vox. But sometimes we faced network issues throughout the day. So availability is not 100%. We expect to have availability as maximum as possible. Thanks, Mehul Mehta

I like the service
I ve been using this for 2 months now. I like it. I have been using vonage in the past. I am not going back. One minor problem I have seen is that when I call India I can hear them well, but my Indian friends are experiencing a bit of a lag(1 sec) in hearing me . This was not happening with Vonage.

Service should improve by providing an alternative to call when access points donot work frequently. It will be good if you also have a support contact number to reach over rather than just e-mail of support team.

Good Service with some issues
Bluevox is best service for this price. Problem with this site is every Sunday calling card does work because of maintenance..... And I used to call everybody in Sunday.

Calls quality
The call quality should be increased. The bridge numbers are not always working. Can not call from the 2 registered phones at the same time. No. Of registered phones should be increased from 2 to 5 like others calling services.
