Very happy so far it has worked great for me. the only glitch has been the site being unavailable a couple of times. I wish I could add one more phone to using the site without having to use a pin.

I don't have any issues with the call or the customer service. Only thing, which is not a major issue is that when pronouncing the names, the automatic voice reader speaks very dull. You can check this if you have not other issue to be addressed.Thanks.

facing network issues lately
first month the service was really awesome. The facilities provided ,like call log speed dial are really awesome. The dedicated line for me is a good feature. However lately i'm facing network issues recently.My dedicated access line is taking long time to connect. I cant check into the website all the time to get a new access point. This is frustrating at times. It would be better if this access point downtime can be arrested.
