I ordered this on the 10th of January for a birthday present that has passed & still haven't received it 24th of January. A little disappointing.

Paid for express post... didn't even get shipped for 3 weeks. Communication was terrible. Hopes for the products actually being any good when they arrive is not very high after my initial experience

I ordered an AGM battery that arrived cracked. Got in contact with Black Swallow and a replacement was sent. It was just a shame that I couldn't use the battery for a camping trip because it was cracked.

I have received only part of my order and have receive no update on the remainder and it’s been 3 weeks. My general experience is usually good but after following up I got no update and was told I would receive one but never came. Am still waiting.

I usually love Black Swallow but my recent experience was disappointing. The JSC Mystery Box was awful - a mini palette, 4 lip products (3 of them not in wearable colours e.g. 2 purples & mustard yellow) and an eyeshadow single. All of these items are currently on sale and don't add up to what I paid for the Mystery Box. I've bought Mystery Boxes before and loved the value and variety but this just didn't meet Black Swallow's usual standard. I've also seen contents of other people's Mystery Boxes with full-sized palettes, highlighters etc. Shipping and delivery were much slower than usual, making the whole experience disappointing.

I had an expensive vet bill and had to cancel an order. They were extremely helpful and refunded me straight away, no problem!!! Thankyou. Keep up the good work!
