The product was exactly what it should be. Purchased a commercial grade juicer for my restaurant and it is very strong and sturdy. Juices nicely and easy to clean for my staff. There is almost no setting up, just had to put a few compartments together and it was ready to go. Only advice I can offer for improvement is that I believe that their tracking numbers dont work. It is my second purchase from this company and both times I didn't know my goods were shipped. They just arrived at my restaurant and I never received a tracking number. I'm not too concerned because I have received my goods both times and my restaurant is always open during business hours but this might be inconvenient for someone else who isnt at home to receive the goods

I bought the k18 hair mask and it makes hair washing very simple. I use this serum instead of a conditioner and it leaves my hair alot more manageable. To my surprise, I only needed to use 2 pumps. A little goes a long way so I imagine this bottle will last a few months. black swallow had the cheapest prices for this product it was around $10 less compared to other places. I also got a discount code for downloading their app

Recently had the unfortunate experience to deal with black swallow,ordered an item on the 23rd march and was not contacted by black swallow regarding delivery 8 emails sent before name of courier company revealed. Delivery date now 11th march ,not good enough.

I’ve ordered almost a month ago and my order has not even been dispatched to a shipping company. I’ve contacted customer service and been told that it’s been moved to a priority yet it’s still been over another week and nothing. This is highly disappointing and a shame for your company. It should not take a month to dispatch one item do better.

I purchased some K18 hair products, one week later I still hadn’t received a notification that the items had been shipped so I sent them an email. They responded saying the items were not in stock and there were delays in shipping. I waited a few more days then asked for a refund. They said they have processed the refund but 1 week later I still have not received it. Do not purchase from this website

The variety of products in the mystery box was disappointing mainly lip glosses and some ugly shades at that too. It was not a mystery lip box but could have fooled me. It also was quite a wait before my order was dispatched just over 2 weeks. I remember ordering from BS maybe a year ago and their shipping was great. I don’t think I’ll order again. I will say I emailed and got a fast reply as I was concerned there was an issue with my order then that same day it ended up being dispatched.

Takes a long time for orders to be filled and sent out. Average is 2 weeks for it to be filled. So if you’re wanting something relatively quick, this isn’t the site for that. However if you don’t mind waiting a while, it’s not bad with the sales.

i order some vidaxl furniture and they arrived damage and broken. i ask to send me the part again and the second ones were chipped. At the end of the day you cannot expect a top quality. Very low price and very low quality. They look good from far away.
