Delivery was fine. No issues at the moment, just forget to order a couple extra windshield sticky pads. I assume all else is there , they are Christmas gifts so won’t know until then and probably awhile after when we install them

Hey Alex and the Black Box My Car team! I got my package a few weeks ago. I tried the system for going into the cigarette lighter to get a feel for how it works. I just hardwired the cellink yesterday and all seems well. I sincerely appreciate the set up and support provided by you guys. The YouTube tutorials and reviews made a world of difference in my selection process. My thanks to George who helped me with some technical aspects before I bought the unit. I do have some questions... how do you clean the lenses? I'm also getting a huge amount of glare in the rear camera. I belive this is something inherent to the car I drive (Vw jetta). Is there something I can do to fix this? Will the polarizer be sold by BBC? Keep up the amazing work Rick

I have a Viofo 119s and after two years of uninterrupted function my camera suddenly ceased to work. I tried to use the online upgrade suggested by your service advisor but wasn't successful. I'm a little tech challenged! I happened to be in the area and decided to drop by the office and after a few minutes the young lady at the reception counter was able to download the upgrade and get my camera up and running. We have 3 Blackvue DR380G-HD camera's. We purchased these Dash Camera's quite a number of years ago from Alex at BlackboxMyCar. One of the camera's stopped working just recently. We decided to repair the camera since we really like the Blackvue brand. I contacted Support at BlackboxMyCar and was provided with exceptional service from day one to the time our camera was retuned to us. Mark, in Customer Service, answered ALL my emails and kept me informed as to when the camera should be repaired. Mark also took the time to make sure that everything was explained to me regarding the repair procedure and how it works when the camera is sent back to Blackvue. Though the process of repairing this camera took a number of months, as the camera was shipped directly to the manufacturer in South Korea, it was understandable and WELL WORTH it :) If you really like your "old" Dash Camera(s) like we do, and it is deemed repairable by the manufacturer, I highly recommend repairing the camera through BlackboxMyCar.

When the front window was replaced in my car my CH-100 was mounted with cheap double sided tape. The tape would let go in the sun causing my dashcam to hang by its wires. Not as big deal until one of the monkeys at the BMW shop took the car for a test drive leaving the camera hanging. The sockets on dashcam’s are not made to take that kind of abuse so I’m sure you can guess what happened. I needed a new camera quick so I contacted Blackboxmycar. The service I received was above and beyond anything I have experienced before in the consumer or enterprise world. I work in the technology field and we pay thousands of dollars every year in support contracts to our enterprise vendors. If I got the same level of support from them as I do from Blackboxmycar I’d be a much happier man.

Appears to be reliable. It does not appear to have audible over speeding alert though. I think I'll get another one for the rear.

Great unit, instructions for a change are intelligently stated. It is too cold here (Sudbury Ontario) to mount to glass. But I did get the cam to work inside and hooked up. App on my smart phone found the Wi-Fi immediately. Your site is fantastic. The instructional videos and reviews are the best I have seen on any site. Really great to support a Canadian Supplier. After viewing on-line reviews from this company, I chose one of their products. It arrived as specified and well packaged. I had a question, as it seemed I was missing a component listed in the manual, and used the chat function on the website quite late in the evening. To my surprise I was connected and had my issue resolved right away. The installation videos are helpful and the product works as I expected. All around premium service. Much appreciated.
