I purchased a Thinkware F800 Pro front and rear camera for my vehicle and it couldn't be any easier. If you do a little homework and have an idea what you want, price range, front, rear or both cameras then it will be hassle free. If you decide to have an install, staff communicate with you almost every step of the way. Despite installation being off site (because there is no room for an install bay at the showroom), the installers there were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The website is extremely helpful and is unique in that it's there not only to sell but to inform. The staff know their stuff and customer service is exceptional. I've known Alex for a few years and witnessed him as a startup installing cameras in the parkade of his home and can tell you that he is THE pioneer of bringing dash cameras to life in the Lower Mainland. It was him that exposed us to them and probably the first to make it easy for us to obtain them. So to Alex and your team at BlackboxMyCar, keep up the good work and to anyone on the fence, install one because these days, this city needs more eyes on the road in more ways than one.

Recently purchased Blackvue DR590W-2CH from BlackboxMyCar. The package took a while to receive but was packaged really well. The quality of the images are very good. I was having some difficulties connecting through built-in WiFi but it's all good now after updating the firmware. Overall it's good purchase. Will consider purchasing a battery in the future.

You guys are the best, you helped me on my purchase as this is my first dash cam as I tried my gopro sitting on the dash but it did not loop record Other than it got held up in shipping from snow in the mountains it arrived in perfect shape. My one question I had and I had actually contacted viofo was did the camera have the latest firmware at a119 180913 v4.01 or was there an upgrade but they have not answered me and that was a few days ago. I would recomend you guys to anyone looking atnew product. Thanks, Greg

When online chat was active, they always responded right away. I also showed up 5 min before closing and they were still open for my pick up. Would definitely buy from again.

The Power Magic Pro kit has 3 different sets of fuse taps, but not the one for my car. The 2017 Toyota Sienna uses low profile micro fuses, which the kit does not have a tap for. Having the proper fuse tap would have made the installation safer and easier.

Got the camera on sale so we got the best model we could. I am very happy with the video quality. The install was quick and I barely notice it in my vehicle. Thankfully I haven’t had any incident yet were I will need the video but I feel good knowing the video is there when I need it.
